Q: How are we able to offer Fast, Free Shipping?
A: As soon as your order is placed, we check everything to confirm a perfect fit for your wheels and tires. Our fitment specialists will reach out within 24 hours during business hours if there’s any issue.
For wheel and tire packages, we provide free mounting and balancing to save you time. If you buy separate wheels or tires, we ship quickly so you can have them installed at your local shop.
Q: When can I expect delivery?
A: We’re proud to deliver your wheels or tires in 5-7 BUSINESS* from the order date or mounted wheel/tire packages in 8-19 BUSINESS* from the order date; the timeline is as follows:
- Processing (Separate Wheels/Tires): Allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process and for the shipping carrier’s webpage to update with tracking information
- Processing (Mounted Packages): Allow 3-12 BUSINESS DAYS (1-2 days processing, 1-6 days to shop, 1-4 days for mounting/balancing and tracking update)
- Shipping: Allow an additional 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to arrive (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for freight)
- Custom Drilled Notice: Custom drilled wheels may take 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS for separate wheels or 25-45 BUSINESS DAYS for packages (including mounting); shipping times are additional
- Freight Notice: Larger wheels or tires may be freight shipped to the shop (3-4 BUSINESS DAYS processing, 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS shipping); mounted packages add 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for final freight delivery

- Check your wheels, tires, or package within 48 hours of receipt to ensure they’re correct and in good condition
- Always TEST FIT your items before final installation (skip if we mounted and balanced your package)
- If not pre-mounted, have your wheels and tires installed using Hunter Road Force Equipment | Find a shop near you
